• Artist grants rights to the Company to distribute their work across the globe and use their Name and Image to do so.
• Artist is not bound to only release future work with the Company, however, Artist may not release delivered work to the Company through another method.
• Artist is an independent contractor.
• Company does not have any right to force you to create. However, Company can decide to not release a Work.
• Files must be deliver in .wav for audio files, and PSD/JPG for covers.
• Works must be mastered, if they are not they will be kicked back.
• Royalty Breakdown:
  • 85% - Artist
  • 15% - Company
• Artist will indemnify and defend Company.

Scope of this Agreement

This Artist Licensing Agreement (the “AGREEMENT”) is entered into effective this date, (To be filled out via our online method ) between (To be filled out via our online method)(“ARTIST”) and Industrial Parasite (“COMPANY”).

Scope of this Agreement: This Agreement applies to any music, sounds, digital assets, art, or digital music created or taken by Artist and delivered to the Company (collectively known as “WORKS”). This Agreement governs the relationship between the parties and in no communication or other exchange, shall modify the terms of this Agreement unless agreed to in writing.

Rights

Company is hereby granted the ability to reproduce, internationally distribute, create derivative works, and internationally display the Works.

All Works and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Works are stored, will become the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
